For Ted Black, you could say all eyes are on him. With high hopes from fans for the coming hockey season, the stage was his as Black spoke to the public at The Buffalo Rotary Club luncheon in September. As a fresh face in town and President of the Sabres, Ted is convinced Buffalo has the potential to become a hockey destination.
