Write for Thrive

If you are interested in writing for THRiVE! we would love to talk!

THRiVE! is Your City's Biggest Fan and we write about a variety of topics including faith, culture, real estate, people, churches, non-profits, entrepreneurs, business, politics, and urban planning. Basically anything that affects our city. We celebrate our city's successes and talk about solutions to our issues. Our goal is to positively contribute to the conversation around reviving Buffalo.

Writing guidelines fo thrivebuffalo.org:

thrivebuffalo.org provides our readers with the most relevant and timely articles about our city. Whether its news and (wholesome) entertainment, non-profit initiatives, or breaking news we cover everything local at thrivebuffalo.org. With a growing base of unique readers and social media following thrivebuffalo.org is one of the up and coming websites in Western New York.

We break our sections into:

Charity: Here we highlight organizations and people working to make a difference in our community.

Buffalo: Here we cover everything Buffalo- news, arts, events, profiles of people, politics, etc.

Social: In this department we cover social ills in the community that need to be addressed. Our goal is to contribute to the discussion on overcoming issues like racism, poverty, urban issues.

Articles range from 500-1000 words and contributing to our publications is on a donation basis to help build exposure for your skills and link to your blog.

Writing guidelines for THRiVE! Magazine:

THRiVE! is published bi-monthly as a 50 page collection and celebration of our community. THRiVE! print edition is broken down into many departments.
