Water Gala

Let Them LOL hosted their second annual Water Gala last night at Samuel's Grand Manor raising awareness of the devastating affects of life without clean water. Their mission is raising money to drill water wells in Sierra Leone, Africa and the 100% volunteer organization is seeing great support from what they call, "A community here with a community there." Scott Levine from Channel 2 news was the MC for the event that sold out with 350 tickets sold at $55 in just three weeks raising enough money for 32 new water wells.

     The upscale event included a silent auction with donated goods including Sabres tickets and jewlery, a full course fine dining experience including soup, salad, Samuel chicken dinner and more. Sponsors of the event included Alliance Advisory Group, Glen Park Tavern, Kingdom Bound Ministries, Liberty Cab and THRiVE! Magazine also served as a media partner.
