Facebook Executive Speaking at Canisus

Helen Min, product marketing manager on the monetization team for Facebook, will give a lecture entitled “Gone Social” on Thursday, November 18 at 7 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center. General admission is $5 at the door. College students, faculty and staff will be admitted free with ID. A native of Buffalo, Min develops and executes Facebook marketing strategies for product launches and advertising products. Facebook is a social utility that helps people communicate more efficiently with their friends, family and co-workers. Today, Facebook has more than 500 million active users and tens of thousands of advertisers worldwide.

Prior to Facebook, Min worked in advertising and marketing for several high profile firms in San Francisco, including Venables Bell & Partners where she focused on the Audi of America account. She holds an MS in advertising and a BS in advertising and sociology from the University of Illinois.
