5 Weeks for Freedom Tour Ending in Buffalo
A team of 15 riders is cycling 1800 miles of the historic Underground Railroad – driving a major awareness and advocacy campaign to support the work of International Justice Mission on behalf of victims of modern-day slavery, sex trafficking and other forms of violent oppression.
The end of the tour is this Friday as they make it to Buffalo, NY -- the end of the historic Underground Railroad. The free and open to the community festivities to celebrate the 1800 mile journey through what represents slavery of the past on behalf of modern day sex slavery includes a free concert this Friday at the Town Ballroom, located at 681 Main Street in Buffalo.
The night includes live musical performances by Green River Ordinance, Enric, and a screening of the new movie At the End of Slavery.
